僕のはじめてのマイケルの記憶は幼稚園の頃に家で見たスリラーのレーザーディスクでした。あの最後の黄色い目のアップは子供の頃かなりトラウマだったけどゾンビと踊るシーンは大好きだった。
そしてそれから間もなく行ったディズニーランドのアトラクション『Captain EO』。とにかく強烈だった。今だにマイベストアトラクションです。
歌、踊り、ファッション、表現方法、すべてがオリジナルになってしまってたアーティストなんて僕は彼以外に知りません。本当に偉大なアーティストだと思います。
マイケル・ジャクソンのいた時代に生まれてこれてよかったです。
